All teams are recommended to make themselves familiar with the latest Class Rule posting effective 01 June 2009 and in particular Class Rule C.10.3(a) (iv)).
No event dispensation shall be given.

C.10.3 MAINSAIL
(a) IDENTIFICATION
(iv) The sail number shall be either:
(1) If either of the crew has finished in the top 10 in the preceding
49er world championship their sail number shall be that place, 1st
to 9th single digit, otherwise two digits.
