2. City Sleep-In – Cozy budget minded hostel

City Sleep-In is a centrally located meeting place for budget minded travellers, in the heart of Aarhus. A stone’s throw from the Cathedral of Aarhus, Aarhus river, the Latin Quarter and in walking distance to the venue.

City Sleep-In has both double- and triple-rooms with private bathrooms and double rooms with shared bathrooms. Furthermore they offer:

– Organic breakfast restaurant and guest kitchen (DKK 70 per breakfast)

– Common rooms; living & tv-rooms, dining hall and recreational room with pool and other games

3. Hostel Style cottages at Kaløvig Sailing Center

The cottages at Kaløvig Sailing Center are a great alternative to camping, and situated only 15 km north of the venue. They each have 4 rooms with 2 bunks in every room, which gives a total sleeping capacity of 8 people in one cottage. All cottages share a small living room with TV, sofa, free WiFi and two well-maintained bathrooms, both including shower.

There is no kitchen in the cottages.

The price for each room (with two beds) is € 80 per night, including linen, towel kit and cleaning. If you wish to use the room as a single room, the price is € 60 per night.

Minimum rental period is Thursday 26th June to Thursday the 3th July 2014 (7 nights), but you can book additional days before and after the event. The cottages are few and guests will be served at a ”first come, first served” basis. Reservations must be confirmed by full payment of the rental fee before 1st of May 2014. 4. Self Catering Holiday Homes

With its mild landscape and lovely coastline, the Aarhus coast is a wonderful area to stay for everyone. Along the coastlines north and south of Aarhus, there are large numbers of privately owned holiday homes, rentable through our partners Dansommer and Novasol.

If you are looking for available houses, search for houses in East Jutland if you want to stay close to the venue. Some of the nearest cities and areas are: (North) Risskov, Skærring, Mols. (South) Ejstrup, Norsminde, Saksild.

5. Camping at the venue

We have a few available spaces for camping at the Venue. Bring your own camper, mobile home, tent etc. and use our facilities at the harbor. From the venue, you can easily and quickly walk or take a city bike into the city of Aarhus.

6. Selv catering beach cottages at Skæring Beach

After last year’s success, we once again have managed to secure a small number of self-catering beach cottages at Skæring Beach. These cottages are located approx. 10 km north of the venue – only a 15 minutes drive by car.

The cottages range from 1 bedroom to 4 bedrooms, all with toilets and shower, fully equipped kitchen, TV, WiFi, furnished terrace and large outdoor area with direct access to the beach. From these cottages you only have 100 meters to the waterfront.

There are four different house types (twelve houses in total). The indicated price is for one house including cleaning and electricity consumption for the period of Saturday 28th June to Saturday the 5th July 2014. It is possible to book additional days before and after the event. Booking of the houses will be based on a “first come, first served” basis, via jon@sailing-aarhus.dk.

Remember to specify what type of house you are interested in, and if you want to order the linen package. Reservations must be confirmed by full payment of the rental fee before 1st of May 2014.

If you leave the house before the scheduled checkout date, you will not receive a refund for the remaining nights.

Arrival & departure: On Saturday the 28th of June, your house will be ready for you at 12.00 noon. On Saturday the 5th of July, you need to check out before 10.00 am.
