Laura Harding / Annie Wilmot

Laura Harding's love of sailing began at age seven at the Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron, and she rose through the ranks to win national 420 titles and the 2018 Junior World Championship.

Helming the 49erFX with Annie Wilmot since 2021, she has led the Australian pair to the 2025 national title and a breakthrough silver at the 2026 French Olympic Week in Hyeres, their first international medal together.

They are building toward a home-region Olympics at Los Angeles 2028.

Before the pair teamed up at the start of 2021, Wilmot had already won multiple national titles in the 29er and the 2016 Youth World Championship.

Together they claimed the 2025 Australian national title and a silver medal at the 2026 Hyeres regatta, their first international podium as a team, marking them as genuine contenders on the road to LA 2028.
