The 5th Edition of the Portugal Grand Prix Round 2 was full on. 4 days of amazing sailing conditions for the 49er, FX, ILCA 6 and ILCA 7 fleets and the full schedule of races completed. Vilamoura at its best!!
The easterly winds present in the 4 days of racing, ranging from 10 to 21 knts and a nice swell, allowing 12 Races for the FX and 49er.
Gold for the Danish sailors Johanne Schmidt and Andrea Schmidt in the FX, with a big lead over the second classified the French Keo Devaux and Enael Rio, closing the top 3 the French crew Manon Peyre and Clara Sofia Stamminger de Moura
In the 49er fleet with 39 crews sailing and 12 races sailed the French team Kevin Fischer and Yann Jauvin
took first place followed by the Danish crews Frederick Rask/ Jakob Jensen and Daniel Nyborg and Nikolaj
Buhl.

Qualifiers in the upcoming November, with hundreds of teams already booked and confirmed for a full-on winter season in Vilamoura.
