Illy Wureit sails out of Herzliya and is coached, with Yuval Barnoon, by Eyal Levin.

The pair took silver at the 2023 Junior World Championship in Travemünde as the leading male crew, leading from the opening day before a gear failure dropped them to third, then winning and placing second in the closing races. They moved up to the Olympic 49er for the LA 2028 cycle.

Their best senior result is second at Kiel Week in June 2026, where they led the qualifying series on eight points in a 90-boat fleet and finished on 20.

The pair won silver at the 2023 Junior World Championship in Travemünde in the leading male crew position, then stepped up to the Olympic 49er. They were tenth at the 2025 European Championship and second at Kiel Week in June 2026, a 90-boat fleet, where they led the qualifying series.

After Kiel, Barnoon said the crew had improved through the week and reached their peak on the final day of the opening series.
