Vilamoura, Portugal – The 7th edition of the Portugal Grand Prix has officially kicked off, solidifying its reputation as a must-attend event in the international dinghy sailing circuit.
From December 12 to December 16, Vilamoura Sailing will host an extraordinary competition featuring the ILCA 6 (Men and Women), ILCA 7, 49er, 49erFX, and Mixed 470 classes. This regatta will carry a prestigious 100-point grade from World Sailing, further highlighting its significance on the international sailing calendar. Today marked the official registration of sailors, with 301 boats, 399 sailors, and 85 coaches gearing up for what promises to be an unforgettable week of high-performance racing.
