Junior Worlds - Aarhus
Hello!
We have just come from Kiel after sailing Kieler Woche. We finished 14th in the regatta after many challenging days of sailing in mostly very heavy winds. The only day it was light winds, we only got one race. We are very happy with the position we got overall, especially since we’ve had a long break without sailing, focusing on our exams and finally finishing school!! 😀 😀
At the moment we are in Aarhus sailing the junior worlds. The regatta has been going on for two days and we are currently coming 7th overall, which we think is good considering the very shifty winds on the course, making it hard to sail consistent races. We still managed to come 3.rd in one of the races!
We are now looking forward to the next two days of sailing here in Århus before we’re heading to Helsinki for the European championship, which we are very excited about.
